Vincent Lee in San Diego

This guy put up his weekly posting like clockwork. His address is 3133 Luna Ave. San Diego, CA 92117 and his phone number is 858-581-1303. The post now says "FREELANCERS ONLY". Gee Vincent, are too many people finding out about you? Do they actually have the nerve to have their representation contact you? This guy is strictly looking for people he can sucker and he wants as few restrictions as possible. His big opperation is to try to sell his "photography" to people. Read below for one girl's story.

This guy tried getting me roped into his little con. I knew that it was a con just from seeing him post every weekend, seeing he wouldn't post an e-mail address, and he had no place where you could view his work online. It seems that where he allegedly has his pictures is perpetually "under construction". At least that's his excuse. My boyfriend saw one of his posts and said that I should submit, even though I kept saying it was a con. So I told him "if you think it's so great, why don't you submit?!"

Long story short, my boyfriend ended up calling him saying he was my manager, wanting to discuss the possible job. I stood there listening and through the whole conversation he kept going on and on about how he was involved with this great film project, $50 million budget, and he may be able to get me in on it, but he has to talk to me, he won't talk to a manager. He also went on to say that my pictures don't show "the real me", but he needs me to send more. It doesn't matter if I just photocopy the pictures and send them, he just needs me to send more. Okay, what about how he said he wanted professional photos? Then he goes on to say that he can take fantastic photos for me that will get me submitted for this project for only $1,000. Wow! Sign me up! Needless to say, my boyfriend saw the light and that was the end of that.

Unfortunately, I read on craigslist every week how someone actually ended up going to his "pee stained apartment" in the hopes of getting great photos, only to see that the guy is a liar and a con. Please, avoid this man at all costs and don't send him a thing! Hopefully if people stop sending him pictures, he'll stop posting to try and get them.

I'm glad someone else decided to report this jerk. I had pictures taken by Vincent Lee. He made sure I paid $1250 up front and wrote up a contract that he never lived up to. He breached the contract, took awful pictures, and even promised to give me a full refund by voicemail and text message. However, he would always put it off and tell me it was in the works. I never heard from him again once he said he had the money. I was referred to Vincent through a Blaney Davis. DO NOT do business with either Blaney Davis or Vincent Lee. They are crooks.

Also, check the Better Business Bureau for his information. He is listed as having a company called:

Benson Talent
Vincent Lee Photography
4855 Hidaldgo Ave
San Diego, CA 92117

The phone number is the same as he has listed before...858-581-1303.

Do not believe his lies. He claims to be working in real estate now. He is nothing but a scam artist.

Just some added information. I like to update as soon as I get more on this guy. He actually also goes by the name Vincent Cheung. He is in his 50s (born roughly 1956), very short (5'3-5'6), of Asian descent, dark black hair combed over to the side, glasses, wears tacky Hawaiian shirts. He might claim to also work in real estate. He's a complete slob, claims to know the cures for all diseases, and only buys things of organic nature generally. Hope that helps paint a better picture for you guys.

I am so glad that someone actually decided to report this person also. I was so stupid that I made a call this morning. Luckily I decided to do a little research before I send my pictures out there. Thank you!

I am responding to this blog regarding Vincent Lee. I am a current booking agent from a top 10 modeling agency.
I have used Mr. Lee photographic services in the past with no complaints with our models.
Mr. Lee is very professional with his work. Our models have gotten work with Mr. Lee's photos.
Michael Wher, that is complaining is no victim! Mr. Wher paid Mr. Lee for a photographic package.
In this entertainment industry regarding talent using photographers, the talent normally examines the
photographers work. If the talent likes the work, then they pay the photographer on the spot ! The talent goes
over the photo with the photographer when the photos are ready. The minute the talent walks off with the photos,
there is no refund! Mr. Wher, is asking for a refund after he reviewed the negatives and walked off with them.
This is a clear sign of “theft of services”. The scammer is Michael Wher. Mr.Wher has every opportunity to make
off with copies of the photo’s. Mr. Wher, you are trashing Mr. Lee in the blog. About personal issues, which are
not related to the services that where provide for you.You sound like a racist, so get a life and grow up.....

Regards,

Cassie / Booking Agent

First off you need to spell correctly. If it was theft, then why did Mr Lee have a contract that was breached? Mr Lee promised lots of things that he did not deliver. I took him to court and WON. I received most of my money back but the man went into hiding. I had to hire a private investigator just to find him again. Neighbors said he never comes out because lots of people are looking for him. If the court found him guilty, then there is no argument. He is one step from having a bench warrant for his arrest! It's also funny that this was posted recently when a private investigator is looking for him. Nice try Vince. DO NOT WORK WITH VINCENT LEE HE IS A CROOK!!!!

Blaney Davis is probably even a bigger crook. He has conned tens of thousands out of unsuspecting folks wanting to get into the film business. Keep away.

Omg!! I'm so glad you guys posted something about him cause I just talked to this loser.

From the beginning it seems really fishy because he's like oh I have so many billionaire clients who's looking for assistants & I asked him what's your company name? He said this is private individual work to protect his clients.

Seriously... How can one man know this many billionaires. Isn't there only 1% of billionaires in the world? & if he gets commission of $20 million, wow... you must be a selfish guy to want more than that.

So seriously don't send him anything. I know I'm not because this is just ridiculous. If it's to good to be true, it is.

& yes his contact is:

Vince Lee
3133 Luna Ave.
San Diego, CA 92117
(858) 581-1303

Lol if anything register him for all sorts of junk mail :P

I too have had a bad experience with these types of characters in West Hollywood. You can contact me at tom@luongfilms.com if you have questions regarding Blaney Davis, Vincent Lee or anyone else working with them.
