Scammers Beware!

This site is for artists in LA who are tired of being scammed! Actors, models, photographers, makeup artists, it doesn't matter....if you've been scammed or have come across a suspect person and want to warn other people about it, let me know and I'll post your story. However, this is NOT a place for people to trash someone just because you don't like them, so please don't waste my time or yours. You may e-mail any stories to me at scamawarenow@aol.com

David Kuzia and HollywoodAuditions.com

This is another place to watch out for. Their big scam is to try to get you to buy one of 5,000 spots on their CD that they send out to casting directors, and it's only $229! The only thing is that there are no spots and they're only after your money. This company can be found on the Easy Background Check link and I suggest everyone read up on them. Read below for one person's experience with them.

I had been receiving e-mails from them for months, but never responded. One day I ended up getting a phone call from one of their associates, David Kuzia. I sat there listening to what they had to offer, but anytime I tried to ask a question he just talked over me. I could tell it was like he was just reading straight from a card. He went on and on about what they offer, how great it is, how they represent so many famous people, etc. When he finally said how much it was, I told him I wasn't interested. That's when he became combative, saying that I wasn't serious and that I need to change my attitude if I ever expect for my career to go anywhere. I said that I don't need to buy into a scam to further my career and he started screaming into the phone about all of the famous people that they represent, but when I asked who these people were, I didn't recognize the names of any of them. He just became so beligerant that I ended up hanging up on him. Even after all of that, I still receive e-mails from them! And everytime I receive one I tell them to go to hell. I've read some real horror stories of people trying to get their money back from them...please just don't give them a penny!
